To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging.    Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.


 3.    Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process, contact our Customer Service team at jamfee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.    Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.


 4.    Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.    Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the package.


 5.    Packaging Your Return:

Securely package the item, including all original documentation, and affix the provided shipping label.    The RA number must be visible on the package.    We recommend using the original packaging to ensure the safe return of the item.


 6.    Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.    JamFee is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.


 7.    Inspection and Processing:

Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.    Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your return or exchange.    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


 8.    Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement when contacting Customer Service.    Exchanges are subject to availability.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution.    We appreciate your patience during this process.

Engraved, resized, or modified items, as well as gift cards, are non-refundable.
